Beef from our 100% pasture-fed herd, raised slowly on the chalk downland pastures of Wexcombe in Wiltshire.

Our cattle spend their lives grazing naturally on species-rich grassland and are never fed grain or concentrates, therefore the beef develops a depth of flavour and quality that is simply impossible to rush.
